Prior to founding Bathysphere, Jason Pamental ran a successful freelance business, Cricket Meadow Design, for seven years and also worked as the Director of Interactive Media Development at Temple Games and Creative Director for North American Operations at TWIinteractive. He has worked in these capacities on projects for Tiger Woods, Wimbledon, Cherry Semiconductor, Stars & Stripes (Dennis Conner's America's Cup Challenge), North Sails and the New England Patriots.

Also joining Jason at Bathysphere is Daniel Venditelli. Daniel has served as the Art Director of Animated Gaming for the past year and a half at Temple Games, and then at TWI Interactive. Prior to that, Daniel held the position of Art Director at Prism Technologies, Inc. for three years and has also run his own freelance business since 1992. He has extensive experience with graphics, 3D animation and modeling, video and audio applications, web application development, and HTML authoring.

Together, Jason and Daniel lead a team of experienced industry professionals who apply their knowledge to research, design and develop solutions for their clients.
